How to recognize degeneration and keep load off of it:
🍋Pain that gets better with activity but is worse when you wake up, points to signs of degeneration.
🍋Your joints feeling squeaky and stiff in the morning and you just need to “warm it up” is a sign of degeneration!!
🍋It’s important to know certain signs so you can be aware of what’s going on and mindful about how much you load that area!
🍋If your pain lingers AFTER an activity.. that’s another sign! Whether it’s a tendon or a joint you’ll likely feel it ache after activity if it’s degenerated.
🍋Adhesion in the soft tissues can worsen your symptoms by causing nerve entrapments, & limiting muscle function and strength. That can add load onto the joint.
🍋That is why it is important to remove that, and make the environment healthy again so the joint isn’t constantly being pi**ed off!!
