Happy solstice! Merry Christmas! Happy Hannukah! And - as we look to the New Year, if you are moving towards a self-hatred filled set of resolutions about becoming less loathsome/losing ten pounds - let's do this instead: breathe deeply, drink some water, get enough fiber, and sit together.
