Our 80 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Maple Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located at 2730 W. Ramsey Avenue with easy access to both St. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

We are accepting candy donations for our Halloween event, so next time you are at the “ghost-ery” store, if you can, please pick up some candy and donate it to Maple Ridge Health Services. You can drop donations off until Oct. 15.
