TODAY is our Pamper Party! Come get pampered by some amazing Wellness practitioners! Chair Massage, Yoga, Foot Reflexology, Meditation, and more! We will also have professional photography for all!

This weekend is a time dedicated to offering movement and pampering services that will help women reconnect with, honor, and relax their mind and body.

All offerings are FREE to attend.

Saturday, March 21st
Root To Rise: A Sacred Womb Experience.
A yoga and pilates inspired workshop focused on awakening, strengthening, and honoring our sacred space. Led by the amazing Zuri F. 4pm-6pm.

Sunday, March 22nd
A Peaceful Pamper Party
A day full of relaxing offerings including: chair massage, herbal foot soaks, yoga, reflexology, meditation & sound baths, and professional photography (individual, family, maternity)
4pm-8pm.

💫Massage Moments💫 Over the past few days, we've had the honor of having Massage Wellness appointments scheduled for people that we know carry an extremely heavy load. A few had been on our table before. A few had not. One of our guests who hadn't been on our table before, had been invited to book for over a year! Listen... we know everything happens in divine time and order.....sooo, the day that was scheduled...was the perfect day.

We can not express in words what happens when someone gets on our table. Pouring every ounce of support and healing we can muster is always the goal.

She cried on and off the table.
Release.
Soooo happy for her!
Relinquish.
Happy that she was prioritizing Her!
Restore. Rebirth. Renew.

Future Urban Leaders does soooo much for our babies and their families! It has truly been an honor to partner with them over the years! Starting this Saturday, we have partnered again! 💫💫💫

My wellness space, Sankofa Village: Healing and Wellness Training Center, will host their adult community Yoga classes! Sankofa Village is located in the Capitol Heights neighborhood, with ample parking and a warm, cozy vibe!

Future Urban Leaders invites you to take an hour at their upcoming Yoga Class led by Agape Yogastry. This will be a perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and recharge your spirit after all of the holiday festivities!

Join Future Urban Leaders Saturday, December 27th from 1:30 – 2:30 pm (and every 4th Saturday through July) at 5305 W. Capitol Dr. to stretch, breathe, and reset.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this session is all about community, wellness, and good vibes. Come stretch it out, laugh a little, and leave feeling refreshed and re-centered.

I am sooooo excited to support the 1st Cookies, Crafts, & Cozy Storytime! This Saturday CR38TED 4A REA5ON will host an amazing event for our youth! Space is Limited. Join Us!

🍪 Cookie Decorating– Do you have a sweet tooth? Have fun decorating delicious sugar cookies! Have even more fun eating them!

✨ Ornament Decorating– Create your own ornament to take home with you or share as a gift!

🖍🖌✏️ Coloring Station – Use your creativity to explore coloring with crayons, colored pencils, or paint! We may have a fun surprise in store. Hint: Have you ever used whipped cream to color with? Hmmmm 🤔😄

🍫🍬Cocoa Creation Station– Warm up with a delightful warm beverage. Add toppings to make it your own yummy treat! (Almond milk available)

📚 Book Giveaway- The gift of reading is essential for our youth. Choose a book to take home and enjoy reading every night before bed. Creating a bedtime story time routine is such a great way to start their reading journey off right!
