Hello Ladies!!!! Who would like some free fitness exercises ideas to do daily???!!! Many of us are at home - although some of us are working from home activity is down, gyms are closed and it is important to get that blood flowing on a daily basis!!!
Don’t lose what you’ve got, or start on a fitness plan now!!!
One area that tends to atrophy as we age are those glutes (🍑). I would love to share some targeted exercises to help you BUBBLE OUT THAT B***Y from home !!!!! How about some Leg exercises, shoulders, abs ...?! Stay tuned and in the mean time ..... look for some dumb-bells, or exercise bands that you might have around your house, if you don’t have any, no worries.... you can still make progress and tone up!!!
