October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

We would like to highlight the importance of prevention and early detection. Are you up to date with your screenings? Talk with your primary care provider or one of MCHH's CHWs and we'll be happy to help you schedule an appointment.

MCHH will be having a Fall Vaccine Clinic, to be held Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 8am-12pm with HAYAT Pharmacy providing the vaccines. St. Michael's Catholic Church, 1445 N 24th St, will be our site.

The vaccines available will be: influenza, COVID-19, RSV, and pneumococcal.

If you plan on attending, please bring your insurance card(s) to qualify for vaccines.
Children under 18 will be eligible to receive vaccines without insurance.
