We the People is a comprehensive curriculum for high school students covering the history and principles of constitutional democracy in the United States. It culminates with simulated congressional hearings where students testify before a panel of judges acting as members of Congress. This month, the Wauwatosa East APPSE (American Public Policy: Special Emphasis) students will head to the We the People National Finals in the Washington, D.C.
