The pain will get more tolerable. Grief is like breaking a bone. There's an immediate cause for the injury. You'll be required to take time out to nurse the injury in order to heal. You'll become stronger everyday. You will heal. But there will always be pain to remind you of the initial injury. There may be some scars but you are healed!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hug someone today you normally wouldn't. You both need it. Physical touch increases oxytocin hormones that decreases blood pressure, heart-rate & cortisol hormones. We can heal each other. ❤️❤️❤️

Holiday season and gloomy days may bring feelings of depression of add to existing grief. On these days, pay extra attention to yourself. Take a walk, get a massage, treat yourself. Everyone has to do their own grief work. We're willing to walk with you if you allow us too. 🫶🏾❤️🫶🏾
