The holiday season at Outreach Community Health Centers is about community, compassion, and showing up. Our Fund Development leader, Donald Cohen, represented Outreach across Milwaukee to celebrate the power of partnership and giving. We were honored to receive the Heart of Canal Street Award from the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Foundation, recognizing our shared commitment to community impact.

Don also helped spread holiday cheer by ringing the bell for the The Salvation Army Milwaukee County at the Milwaukee Public Market, reminding us that even small moments of service can make a big difference for families in need.

As we reflect on this season of gratitude, we are thankful for our partners, supporters, and community members who continue to make health care with heart possible during the holidays, and all year long. That's health care with heart.❤️

Your donation helps us deliver essential services from primary care and mental health support, to outreach programs that meet people where they are.
