I believe that health is one of our most valuable possessions. Most people I meet generally fall into two main categories when it comes to their health and well-being. In one situation, the individual has experienced injuries or traumas, has accumulated great levels of stress throughout life, is already noticing that their health and quality of life are declining, and they feel it is time to do something about it. In the second situation, I see people who are already healthy and functioning well, but they want to ensure it stays that way. In many of these cases, they want to enhance performance and experience their ultimate life by being the best they can be. Healthy Late Night Snacks:

We all have those days. You’re about to go to bed, but you just can’t ignore that pang in your stomach. It’s 10pm. What can you eat that will satisfy you until morning, but not wreck your diet or keep you awake?

Here are a few healthy late-night snacking options:

Apple with nut butter – Dipping apple slices in a tablespoon of a natural nut butter provides a good combination of fiber and healthy fat that will keep you satisfied until breakfast.

Fish oil is unique among omega-3 fats. It is an essential fat, meaning it must be consumed in your diet in order for you to function at your best. Eat the deep-sea cold water fish like salmon, herring, mackerel, and sardines, or the fish oil capsules. 1-2g/day is a good minimum, although some people need more due to years of not having fish oil in their diet.

According to WebMD, omega-3 fatty acids can lower blood pressure and reduce the likelihood of heart attack and stroke. Please be aware: Coronavirus may only give you 1 or 2 of these symptoms. Also, the order of things seems to be stomach/intestine to body/back aches to lung problems(cough/difficulty breathing).

Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of COVID-19 may appear two to 14 days after exposure and can include:

Loss of appetite, Stomach/intestinal ache, Backache, Other Aches, Tiredness, Runny nose, Sore throat, Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

The severity of COVID-19 symptoms can range from very mild to severe. Some people have no symptoms. People who are older or have existing chronic medical conditions, such as heart or lung disease or diabetes, may be at higher risk of serious illness.
