The Shape Up Shoppe The Shape Up Shoppe is a full-service family owned fitness club for women specializing in group cardio classes that are fun, challenging, and effective.

Getting lasting results for our members at the original location in Bay View, Wisconsin, since 1981 speaks for itself! Unlike many chain gyms we create a personal, supportive, and welcoming environment and are able to push each member to their full potential while keeping a focus on injury prevention. Whether you want to define muscle, improve BMI, shed pounds, reduce stress, or train for a run; we will positively make sure you reach your goals! We have 3 floors of fitness including a large cardio room, personal training room, nautilus gym, and day spa, which includes a rock sauna, showers, and lockers.
