As we reflect on 2025, all of us at Prevent Blindness Wisconsin want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the people who made our work possible—our donors, funders, volunteers, and community partners.

Because of your generosity and commitment, PBW was able to make a statewide impact this year—providing vision screenings, education, and connection to eye care resources for children and adults across Wisconsin.

Most importantly, you helped us touch lives in a meaningful way—helping individuals and families get the support they need to thrive through healthy vision.

As we look ahead to the new year, we want to pause and say thank you for your support in 2025. Your partnership fuels our mission, strengthens our reach, and helps ensure more Wisconsinites can access the vision care they deserve.

Thank you to the Harri Hoffmann Foundation for supporting Prevent Blindness Wisconsin’s efforts to help uninsured adults in Milwaukee County access needed vision care services.

Through this funding, PBW is able to connect adults facing financial barriers to eye exams, corrective lenses, and follow-up vision care—critical services that support independence, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

We are grateful to the Harri Hoffmann Foundation for their commitment to improving access to vision care and strengthening health equity in Milwaukee County.

In 3 minutes, you’ll see why volunteers are the heart of our mission.

Right now, we have schools and communities waiting for vision screenings—but not enough volunteers to reach them all.
From children’s vision screeners to office helpers, your time can change a life.

A huge thank you to the Clare M. Peters Foundation for your generous grant and continued support! Your funding will help provide vision health services, including vision screenings, for over 35,000 children and families in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

Wisconsin is one of only 9 states that does not require vision screenings for preschool or school-aged children. Thanks to your support, we are ensuring local children get the vision screenings and vision care they need and deserve.
