2025 🫶🏼
This year. I could cry.
After not having anywhere to teach for almost a year, it felt so good to be back in a studio. I stepped way outside my comfort zone, new studio, new class types, new edges.
I joined the clinic team as a Reiki practitioner. 🦋
My motto has been to lean into where I’m invited.
I also found my way back to movement after sooooo long without it. This body. This breath. Gratitude.

I’m so excited for 2026. I cannot wait to meet you on your mat. I can’t wait to move more. I can’t wait to run again. I can’t wait to share rest, Reiki, and everything in between. 💃🏼

life gets overwhelming,
and when it does
I find myself looking up.
the sky
it somehow grounds me.
reminds me there is something bigger,
that we are all a part of something bigger.

life is followed by death,
our only true guarantee.
and strangely, that truth anchors me
a quiet reminder
to live.

so let this be a reminder to you:
to go look at the sky.

Rei ~ universal spirit
Ki ~ life force
The word itself translates to universal life force, or spiritual energy.
It is the belief that there is an energy bigger than us.
Reiki energy is abundant, always available, constantly flowing.
Learning to connect to this energy has brought a sense of peace and balance into my life (among many other things).
My intention behind sharing Reiki is to invite others to connect to their heart and find that same peace and balance from within. 🌸

Beyond excited to be offering an event along side my beautiful friend, Jordan @8.branches 🌸
We will be combining our healing practices to bring you a healing experience. Moving through yoga, guided through meditation, and invited to rest. Hands on Reiki will be offered while being immersed in sound.

i have found a deep love for january. for this season.
there’s this quietness that comes with january, like slipping into savasana after a heated flow.
a deep sigh after the holiday rush.
ironic, considering it marks the beginning of the year.
i have found myself longing for january more and more each year, craving this moment where it seems we all collectively “take a break”.
there’s this added pressure of the new year, new intentions etc. i have never found this to be the season to plant new seeds.
the energy of the season is to rest, to connect inwardly, to marvel at the moon early in the evening and soak in the sun when it appears.
it’s ok to just be. you don’t have to set wild intentions for the year ahead.
let yourself rest.
