As the Epstein files continue to be released it sheds light on a very sick world. One where greed was so strong there was a complete disregard for humanity. The most vulnerable are the ones that suffer the most. We see that today with animals, children, immigrants and women. How we got here has been a long road in history but what is imperative is we break this cycle and create something new.

The new creation must have the foundation of Love at its very core. Not money, not fame, not status and not beauty All of these are born of the ego and play to the darkness. Authenticity and integrity rooted in compassion and Love. It doesn’t matter if you are a Dr, lawyer, business owner or spiritual leader you cannot make greed your purpose. If you do it will come with some reputational repercussions. We are here to serve the people whom we should value. Value the hardworking employees and our clients. Our goal at the core needs to be Love the people. That’s my vision for a new world. The venerable Monks walking in all weather conditions for Peace. People coming together to support others and spreading kindness and Love. Focusing on this energy more and more is how we shift the world energy. Meditate, pray, donate and volunteer to spread Love. An open heart can touch thousands of lives. Love is the energy of change.💚

Standing up for peace takes great courage and determination. Marginalizing people based on skin color, race, s*x or political beliefs is a dangerous ideology. When we lose connection with our hearts we can all too easily watch human suffering and even murder with justification and ease. Explaining it away and wiping our hands clean. Your heart and soul remember and this is where we begin to erode not only our dreams but our ability to personally feel joy and love. As we continue down this road we lose sight of everything that is important in our lives. We become angry, anxious and depressed. The only way out is following our hearts back to love and kindness. Back to helping our fellow humans no matter who they are or where they come from. When we know this is the only way we can experience our own love and joy we could never hurt another human again. For what we do to others we are really doing to ourselves. Kindness, Peace and Love are what you want at your core, so it must be what you give to everyone.❤️
