We’re helping spread the word: 4th Dimension Recovery Center is hiring.

If you or someone you know is a licensed substance abuse counselor looking to make an impact in the recovery community, check this out:

4th Dimension Recovery Center in Milwaukee is currently hiring a Full-Time Substance Abuse Counselor.

They’re looking for someone with experience in individual and group treatment who’s ready to show up for clients with compassion, structure, and professionalism.

Position Overview:
• Provide counseling for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health issues
• Conduct assessments and build treatment plans
• Lead therapeutic and educational groups
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff
• Assist with discharge and aftercare support

Requirements:
• Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC licensure
• 1–2 years of experience in substance use treatment
• Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and evidence-based care

Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Some evenings or weekends may be required
