Staff Spotlight: Molly Kiefer

Molly started as an Access Specialist at ARC in March 2026, however, you may have seen her around as an intern during the Fall 2025 semester. Molly recently graduated from UWM with her master’s in occupational therapy. As an Access Specialist, Molly enjoys combining her passion for accessibility and disability inclusion with her OT lens to ensure students have equal access to all the experiences and learning opportunities at UWM.
When Molly is not at ARC she enjoys knitting or crocheting, doing puzzles, or entertaining her wobbly cat Loie. Molly also enjoys supporting accessible theater programming in Milwaukee.

Do you want to get organized to help you have a successful last few weeks of the semester?

This is a reminder that last Academic Empowerment Sessions of the semester will be happening this FRIDAY, December 12th, in the ARC Student Hub in Mitchell 295.

No appointment needed! Just walk in between 9 am and 3 pm!

What is an Academic Empowerment Session?

This is a time to work 1:1 with an accountability buddy to organize your assignments, make a study plan, talk about text anxiety, or talk about procrastination.

Bring any syllabi, planner, or assignment that you need help breaking down and talking through. We aim to make these sessions as practical as possible.
