Please join us for an evening mini retreat of precious self-care for parents.

We will circle together for an intentional opening. We will then start to move and breathe with an emphasis on grounding, soothing our nervous systems and moving with strength from our center. There will be a lovely restorative to relax and renew you back into your very full lives.
We end will informal conversations and treats.

This mini-retreat will take place at Lajja Space in downtown Milwaukie, Oregon at 10851 SE Main st.

*This event is for those who have birthed children.

Next one will be Friday December 5th.

Restore Your Core® is an exercise program that uses a whole-body approach to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, reflexive, and supportive.
Restore Your Core® is to help you find and use your reflexive core. If you are having back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, or tightness in your shoulders and neck, it could be that your core strength needs some attention. Using alignment, yoga and movement exercises, we will learn to restore your core and pelvic floor function.

The Restore Your Core® program is designed to move through 4 Stages over 12 weeks. This fall I am offering a 6 week series that will cover Stages 1 and 2. And another 6 week week series to continue on with Stages 3 and 4.

We have class together once a week for 6 weeks. During each class, we will bring awareness to your movement and alignment patterns as we create new ones that better support your body. Each class will build on the previous class, and a short practice will be given to practice each week outside of class.

Two 6 week series:
Thursdays 6-7:15pm

Stages 1-2: 9/25 - 10/30

WHAT IS RESTORE YOUR CORE®?

RETURN TO CENTER EVENING MINI RETREATS

Are you ready for some YOU time? Please join us for an evening of precious self-care. We will spend our time in the company of other parents to reconnect with ourselves and our bodies, moving and breathing with an emphasis on moving from your center.
This class will focus largely on grounding, soothing our nervous systems and moving with strength from our center. There will be a lovely restorative ending to relax and renew you back into your very full lives.

This mini-retreat will take place at Lajja Space in downtown Milwaukie, Oregon at 10851 SE Main st.

We meet on First Fridays (except November). Come when you can.

Friday September 5th at 6-8pm
Friday October 3rd at 6-8pm
Friday December 5th at 6-8pm

$30 each, or bring a friend (2 for $50)
