Hello and welcome to Cascade Family Practice, I am new to the clinic recently obtaining my Nurse Practitioner in 2020 from Simmons University. I have joined Cascade Family Practice to work with Dr. Carl Erickson, allowing me an opportunity to grow into the role of Nurse Practitioner. We are an independent practice not directly associated with any of the major heath care organizations in the Portland metro area, but we are able to make referrals to the bigger specialist as need for our patients. My goal as a primary care provider is to be present with each individual and work in collaborative way on whole health. I look forward in the next few weeks to sharing some of the whole health approach we have at our clinic.
