Minden Primary Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing care team.

This position requires a provider who is able to conduct independent clinical visits without physician oversight, making active state licensure at the LCSW or LPC level essential.

We are looking for a compassionate, qualified professional who is committed to providing high-quality behavioral health care in a primary care setting.

Qualifications:
• Active state licensure as an LCSW or LPC
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling

The Haynesville Golden Tornado (14-0) clinched their 18th State Title, defeating the Mangham Dragons 39–37 to capture the Division IV non-select championship.
