• LPN/Medical Assistant – Main Street Medical

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Leigh Davis, FNP-C is offering virtual visits during normal clinic hours for established patients.

Minden Primary Care will reopen tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, 2026, and will resume normal business hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

While the worst of the winter storm is behind us, we will continue to monitor road conditions and any remaining affected areas. Our clinic remains dedicated to caring for our patients, and we encourage anyone traveling to the clinic to please use caution and stay safe.

Due to continued icy road conditions, Minden Primary Care will remain closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

We are closely monitoring weather and road conditions and will continue to share updates here on our social media pages as information becomes available.

We are sharing this notice early to allow patients and staff time to plan, especially for anyone who may be experiencing power outages related to this weekend’s storm. The safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority.
