I wanted to take a second to express my appreciation for all my patients these past 11 years. You have helped make Minden home, and the close knit community will always hold a special place in my heart. The new year is bringing a new opportunity for me, as I have accepted the Chiropractic position at the Grand Island VA hospital. I will be closing the office doors to Patterson Chiropractic and 2/8 will be my last day in the office.

An update on upcoming office hours:
The office will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day. I will be in the office Tuesday June 1st from 8am-5pm. I will be out of the office Wednesday June 2nd-Monday June 7th. I will be back Tuesday the 8th and the rest of that week with normal office hours. If you are in need for an adjustment make sure you get in before I leave.

Texting, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Did you know your smart phone tracks your screen time? Look it up under settings. The number might shock you. Now think about your posture during that time. Poor head position during phone use can lead to neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, upper back pain and even low back pain. Pay attention to your posture and watch your kids with phones/tablets as well.

I have been asked by quite a few people this week if I am still open. The answer is yes. I will remain open until I am advised otherwise by local authorities. I will update if anything changes. Sanitation is always important in my office but it is definitely a high priority at this time.

I do have a few requests:

If you have any cold or flu like symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, etc) please do not come into the office. I have a baby at home and I would like to keep her healthy. (oh ya can't forget my wife also :))

If you will be a new patient and would like to bring your own pen for the paperwork please feel free to do so. If you forget don't worry the pens will be wiped down before and after use.

If you have a bill that is due you can mail in your payment or feel free to call the office and I can process a payment by credit card.

This little cutie and her mom came in to get adjusted today. It’s so important for newborns and their mothers to get adjusted after birth. Both of their bodies have just gone through a rather physically demanding process. It’s never too early to have your babies adjusted. This one had her first adjustment the day after she was born. Adjustments can help with colic, better sleep, reflux (spitting up) as well as many others.
