✅ Build tolerance, not just strength: Your body needs time to handle load repeatedly — not just once.

✅ Think “step ladder,” not “elevator”: Gradual steps up allow your muscles, tendons, and joints to adapt safely.

If your landing sounds heavy, your body is taking more impact than it should.

Quiet landings show good strength, control, and shock absorption. Loud, stiff landings? That’s extra stress on your knees, hips, and ankles, and over time, that adds up.

Try this:
✅ Absorb the ground by bending at the hips and knees
✅ Let your heels gently lower after midfoot contact
✅ Keep your chest tall and core engaged
✅ Stay balanced — no wobbling or knees collapsing inward

That usually means:
• The load or movement is a bit too much
• Form is starting to slip
• Muscles are compensating instead of working together

🔧 Quick fix:
✔️ Ease up on the weight or range
✔️ Move with control
✔️ Exhale during the effort

You don’t need to look intense to get results.
