Our 10,000 Members are the men and women who work in the Meat, Deli & Seafood departments of Union stores across LI & NYC and are predominantly in the Retail and Wholesale Food Service, Distribution, Delivery, and Healthcare Industries. Together we are one of the largest and most active unions in the NY and Long Island area.

‼️ SAFETY SHOUTOUT ‼️

Today, Local 342 members working at King Kullen in Massapequa alerted the Local 342 safety department of a mold 🦠issue in their shop. Shortly after the alert, Safety reps were on site and has store management get to work to fix the issue. 😷🧼

Shoutout to Shop Steward Joe G and member Michelle for always keeping an eye 👀👀on the safety of not only themselves, and fellow employees, but also consumers! 🛒🏪
