True life: I have no prep period in my contract! 😭 My favorite new no-prep activity is to write the core word of the week on Kami on the SmartBoard and ask the students about the word. They copy down our thoughts on their own dry erase boards (pictures or words). They had a lot to say about what makes them feel SCARED today! 🎃💀👻

It’s that time again! FREE EDITABLE 2022-2023 Core Vocabulary Calendar is available for download in our TpT store! This calendar helps with planning and keeps you focused throughout the year. Although we love to focus lessons on one word per week, it is important to differentiate and do what is best for each student. Remember to model and encourage additional vocabulary and build on what your student knows!
