What a joy it was to spend part of the afternoon with the UW Extension!

This organization provides such vital programming for our area, and we are truly fortunate to have them in our community.

I had a wonderful time connecting with an incredible group of women to discuss the power of daily self-care.

We explored how stress impacts the body and, more importantly, how we can proactively reset our nervous systems.

From breathwork and stretching to aromatherapy and self-massage, everyone walked away with a few more tools to face life’s stressful moments with confidence and calm. 🌿✨

I'm on the road this afternoon/evening for mini-sessions at Wyoming Valley School as part of the Sauna/Yoga/Massage event being hosted by .community.sauna and

People have been asking what my plans are for my retirement and this is part of it.
I plan on following my friend Emily, as much as she'll let me, to all of the magical places she practices yoga throughout Wisconsin and elsewhere.
She'll lead people in yoga and other fun activities and I'll provide massage.
Doesn't that sound dreamy?!

As we wind down a beautiful weekend of warmer temps and the heart centered holiday festivities, we can begin to look forward to another hopeful week ahead.

If you have been curious about our guest provider, Katrina Chaudoir and her Light Session offering, I thought I'd share her website so you can get a better idea of what to expect when you sign up for her incredible service.

There is still room to join one of the group sessions either on Friday evening beginning at 6pm or Saturday afternoon beginning at 3pm.

If you'd prefer to have an individual experience she is offering private 90 minute sessions as well.

It's hard to imagine that in less than 7 years, I first opened my studio space for The Haven On High in Mineral Point.

Since then, I've built a clientele, bought a building, expanded services to provide facials, Reiki, meditation classes, weekend events such as sauna and light sessions and have been able to offer so much more massage to this community by partnering with the most wonderfully talented therapists in the state!

What's even more difficult to think about is that in just a few short months, I will be stepping away from all of it.

While I have such tender emotions about leaving, I'm confident that it's the right choice for me and my family.

I'm hopeful that even without me here running things and practicing massage, that The Haven On High will continue offering excellent services for many years to come.

I'm working closely with someone who has been called to take the baton and carry on the vision.

Nothing is official yet, so I can't say too much more, but work is being done behind the scenes to make sure that there will always be a place for you to come rest and rejuvenate ✨️💜

My official retirement date is May 14th, but I have begun winding down availability as I focus on everything that comes with this beautiful life of mine.

I have opened up a few spots online for anyone wanting to see me one last time for massage.
It's not a lot, what is listed is all that I have to offer, so hopefully it will fit into your schedule and I will be seeing you sometime soon.
