Went from a campy, Saturday morning cartoonish, LOUD maid cafe to Victor's...
a 6/7 person bar down an alley and up to the 2nd floor.... classiest place I've ever been. Bar owner in a bow tie creating drinks with style and flair... the man very very s.l.o.w.l.y. rotated my grasshopper to perfect creaminess....
