The root cause…

It’s not a quick fix, it’s uncovering layers sometimes generations worth of pain/fear/anger (among so many other possible things). If you have been told there isn’t anything to do, you have been prescribed drugs without real info. You have tried many ways to heal or help your body and or your mind. As long as you are ready and willing to do the work of self love, I will not stop until we have unpacked, exposed and released that root cause.

REMINDER: time is a fake construct…to control & to go along with the Gregorian calendar. 2 times a year they tell us to shift our “time” change our clocks to throw our bodies even farther off their circadian rhythm. Heart attacks and other health conditions sky rocket during these weekends.

What can you do? Change your clocks as soon as you can and it doesn’t affect anything. Stare into the sunset tonight. Go to sleep when your body says it’s ready. Try to not eat after 7pm (earlier if possible) If you can cancel your morning schedule & wake when your body is ready. Do it!

“Spring ahead” and then remind yourself it’s still hibernation season.

Energetic healing is so under rated when it comes to our little ones. I have some evenings coming up that I am available for distant sessions as they sleep. The energetic shifts that are happening right now collectively on our planet may have your kiddo not sleeping properly, night terrors, bouts of anger, or just being more anxious. They don’t inner-stand why it’s happening. But they will show you as that heaviness/fear is lifted from them as they wake.
