ATTENTION:
1. Maintenance fee without maintenance being done or new equipment being bought

Thats is a lie. I started maintence fees 3 years ago. I immediately bought brand new cardio equipment that would take about 4-5 years for the “maintenance fee” to pay for. Yet I continue to buy equipment every year. The 2nd year I bought 3 cable machines, and atleast 5 other pieces of strength equipment that year. The 3rd year which is this year I have bought a new smith machine just 3 months ago and plan on adding another piece of equipment before the end of the year. I have plans to switch out few pieces of equipment for better pieces and a big plan to implement more equipment continuing to grow and improve. Plus add a sauna somewhere.

2. I buy old equipment….. not everything is used. I bought brand new cardio equipment with brand new models they had just released on the market in fact had to wait 6 months for the stairmaster to be released.
The reason for the strength equipment being used is because several reasons. 1. I can buy 2-3 for the price of 1 brand new. So I can get more and grow faster. 2. Some of the older stuff is heavier and built better and last longer and just better. 3. It is made out of metal and sturdy and just as good as the new even if its new, next year its used and old. It does not make sense replacing equipment yearly to have brand new equipment all the time.

3. Equipment i buy must be commercial equipment, made for commercial purposes. My insurance would drop me if I didn’t buy commercial equipment

4. Nobody really has a clue how much just normal “maintenance” requires either. Just changing out Bench pads due to cracks costs close to 5k every year. Thats only 1 thibg listed. Repairing broken cables and small things that break all add up. Replacing cable attachments, punching bags, sinks that get broken off the wall somehow and rip huge holes in the wall.

idk who is spreading the rumors if they are malicious or not. But I want to clarify those things ive heard lately that seem to be a problem. It is also hurtful to try my best to pour all I can into the gym and for members to not see what I even do. I start feeling like it doesn’t matter what is done, they will never be grateful for anything thats done. Or maybe people just forget real quick the new things I do bring. 🤷🏻‍♀️ch

It’s fixed again. It’s temporary quick fix. Looking for some larger/longer crimps for it for the heavier weights. Might want to use a different machine for extreme weight. I used it at 200lb and it held. Use with caution please

We have changed up our custodial services to CintAs. You will notice these red dispenser around the gym with the paper towels and cleaner. There are 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs in the dumbbells room. There is a hand sanitizer by the entrance door to sanitize as you leave as well.
