✨ Pricing Update ✨

Hey friends, back in December I shared that Japanese Head Spa sessions would be increasing from $100 to $130. Due to the holiday season, my kids being out on Christmas break, and limited availability, I’ve decided to move the official price increase to March 1st to allow more people the opportunity to book at the current rate.

This means you can still book sessions at the $100 rate until February 28th.

Each session is 80–120 minutes, customized to your hair length and thickness. I am incredibly grateful for your continued support and trust in my work 🤍

Hi friends!

It’s Chelsea from Massage by Chelsea. I’ve been thinking about how lucky we are to have so many amazing businesses right here in our community and I want to take a moment each month to shine a little light on them!

This is our second month to do the drawing! I’ll be picking one local business to highlight. I’ll share what they do, how they’re making an impact, and how you can support them.

Plus, as a thank you for everything they do, the featured business employees will be entered into a special drawing to win a FREE massage session of their choice! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

✨ Important Update ✨

Many of you know how much love I pour into every head spa session — the time, the intention, the relaxation, and the high-quality products that make the experience special.

My sessions usually run 75 minutes to 2 hours, and I’ve always made sure everything is included with no extra add-on fees because I want you to feel fully cared for.

When I originally priced my head spa at $100 for Mother’s Day, I kept it there afterward to make it more accessible for everyone.

Over time, though, I’ve realized that the cost of the products I use, the shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils, and treatments — has been coming out of my own pocket. To continue offering the same quality, attention, and relaxation you deserve, I’ll be adjusting my price to $130. This allows me to keep using the products you love and maintain the experience you’ve come to expect, while still staying below local market pricing.

I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Your support has allowed me to grow my small business and create a calming space where you can unwind, reset, and feel cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for understanding this small but necessary change.

This pricing will go into effect on January 1, 2026.
