Accountable Care Walk-in clinic for minor & occupational care offering a variety of services such as minor illnesses, physicals, BioTE, and urine drug screen.

Accountable Care Now is a minor and occupational care walk-in clinic & urine drug testing site. Chris Erwin RN, FNP-C is the owner/operator in charge of the walk-in clinic. The walk-in clinic will strive to provide quality health care to the people of Mineral Wells and the surrounding areas. With a downtown location, the answer to your health care is just around the corner. Hometown care, our family taking care of yours! Available services include, but are not limited to:

I & D of Abscesses
DOT and Sport Physicals
Well Exams

Due to the roads still a bit iffy in areas, and the unpredictable Texas temperatures overnight, we will be having another late start tomorrow~Thursday January 29. We will be opening at 9:00 am. Please continue to be safe and stay warm! 🧊

Chris has reached his stay at home stir crazy limit! So we opened today with a late start, but will close at 5:00 today. The roads are still treacherous, so please use caution if you choose to come see us. We ARE available for video visits. Call our office if you want to get on the schedule for one. Stay safe and warm! ❄️

Our 2025 holiday hours are as follows: we will be closed on Wednesday. December 24th and Thursday, December 25th for the Christmas Holidays. Then again on Thursday, January 1st for New Year’s Day.
