The Studio will open daily through Sunday, Feb 1, on time, with daytime classes only, of limited size, for the safety of our team and you, our members. The Gym will remain closed until the icy snowpack can be safely removed to allow entry.

For your safety, please read all of the instructions below:
❄️ Use your own judgement, and consider cancelling any class you don’t feel you can leave your home safely to attend.
❄️ Park on the left side of the building nearest the studio entrance, using the parking at the front of the building as a last resort. Parking is NOT available on the gravel lot or in the rear parking lot.
❄️ Wear appropriate shoes and walk with care on the packed snow and ice to enter the Studio using the second set of steps.
❄️ There will be refreeze, even on areas we have treated - watch carefully for any black ice.
❄️ Consider carpooling!

And as always, hydrate and rest during this slow season. We’ll be here for you when the ice and snow melts. ❣️

The studio and gym will be closed, Tuesday, January 27. Snow and ice on the parking lot and entrances are proving difficult for our landlord to have removed and are not worth your risk!

We have cleared an entry up the secondary steps to the main studio entrance. We’ll continue to communicate through email and our social channels as the parking areas are addressed.

Let’s embrace this time. Watching the birds. Soaking up the cold sunshine. Accepting the slower pace. Stay safe and warm!

We’re monitoring the winter storm expected this weekend, and we know you are, too.

Current forecasts are calling for 28 hours of accumulating snow, and possibly ice, beginning Saturday night and continuing through Sunday. The temperatures are expected to be below freezing all next week.

Depending on the storm’s impact, possible power outages, and road conditions, we are not likely to be ready to open on Monday.

Our parking lot will be plowed when all precipitation ends, and our entrance will be pre-treated.

If you are scheduled for classes or privates Monday and next week, you will, as always, receive email announcements of any changes or cancellations. Watch our social channels for other announcements.

And please stay safe and warm! We’ll look forward to being with you after the storm.
