I think of that now as a compliment. :)

We are not meant to be carbon copies of each other. Just because you look different, feel different, act different, see things different, love different, learn different, dance different, choose to dress different…this does not mean you are wrong.

Overpacked schedules can be inevitable, but they often lead to disconnection with yourself, your body, and the tension you might be holding onto.

We forget to take a beat and check in.

When was the last time you…

took a deep breath,
relaxed your stomach muscles,
moved your hips,
unclenched your jaw,
relaxed your shoulders,
slowly rolled your neck in circles,
softened your facial muscles and expressions.

We all hold our stress and tension differently, and it only takes a moment to check in, but so many of us do not. Just a friendly reminder to take those moments to connect with yourself in our very busy and disconnected world.

Goal: To make you feel relaxed, welcome, comfortable, cared for, and supported.

NOT my goal: To promote ‘perfect’ skin and modern unattainable and unrealistic beauty standards.

I know a lot about skin and can give you many tips for many different concerns, but I won’t be promoting ‘anti-aging’ or ‘anti-wrinkle’ marketing BS! We are not AI images, we are human and we are meant to age. Your face tells a story, and I think that’s beautiful. I want to create a space where we are less self critical and more accepting of who we are and all the experiences good or bad that made us who we are today. A place that is not about throwing products at you, and more about the experience you have and making sure you leave feeling a little lighter while addressing the skin, your largest organ, with a holistic approach.

Thank you for making this dream of mine possible, while you carve out time for yourself to slow down in this busy, fast-paced world. 💗

Dry Brush - Facial Cups - Gua Sha - Lymphatic Brush

Movement oxygenates, improving circulation and bringing nutrients to the skin. Movement releases tension, while also stimulating your lymphatic/detoxification system. I have a whole array of facial tools I have collected over the past 13+ years as an Esthetician, but don’t underestimate the magic in your hands and a facial massage. (But seriously, I love a good gua sha!!! 🙈)

From a TCM perspective, no movement = no chi/qi. Botox is the opposite of movement, stagnation. Just some food for thought…🤔☯️
