Self-Discovery, A Chrysalis Health Empowerment Program We offer outpatient drug/alcohol services. Assessments, Individual/Group Counseling, IOP, RUS, MAT ( Outpatient drug/alcohol facility.

Offering assessments, individual/group counseling, aftercare programming, IOP, and MAT (Suboxone/Vivitrol) Programming, and other groups, including; Anger Management, Women's Beyond Trauma, Alcohol Group, Life Skills, Positive Thinking/Coping Skills (Dual Diagnosis), and Recovering from Loss.
