What do you stand behind? What's important to you? What lights you up? What gets you excited? Who do you love to be with?

When you become clear on your YES's, you also get clear on your NO's. You see what you need to start cutting out- all the extra crap in your life that's not a hell yes! It's kind of like Marie Kondo-ing your schedule and social life:)

Hell YES living means making more room for the good stuff. And saying "no" to the things and people you feel half-assed about.

Hell YES living is also about saying yes to the difficult parts of life- the difficult emotions, frustrations and even the boredom.

It's an act of opening up instead of closing down.

Why can't you reach or sustain your goals?

Here's the truth- it's probably not because you don't have enough information, willpower or even the "right" plan. It's because of your underlying motivations and beliefs that are in conflict with the goal you've consciously created.

You self sabotage your goals because part of you doesn't want to succeed. Part of you benefits from your old habits and beliefs. You're getting something out if. Until you are able to gain awareness of these underlying needs, you'll keep finding ways to self sabotage. You'll end up doing the same thing over and over and over again.

There's nothing more frustrating than seeing yourself do the thing you said you'd never do... again.

You aren’t destined for this cycle.

How often do you say yes when you really want to say no?

How much of your day or week is filled with things that make you feel uninspired, stressed or outright resentful?

If you raised your hand to any of these questions, you might be living out of alignment with your true needs and priorities.

("Congruence"= harmony, unification and alignment. "Disease" (dis-ease) is a misalignment or disharmony in body, mind or spirit.)

Life is a balancing act. "Balance" isn't something that's even attainable. Being alive is an experience of constant changes and shifts.

What if you stopped striving for "balance" and instead aimed for "harmony" or "alignment"? Living in harmony means you're spending your precious time, money and energy on your true physical, mental and spiritual needs and values (and allowing them to change over time!)

I had a dream for soooo long of running a retreat, and I finally did it. (The participants are still telling me how much they loved it!)

It was scary as hell to put myself out there. But I grew. I was vulnerable and brave. I managed my energy around the other people and even when I felt a little overwhelmed, I did it anyways.

I stepped out of my comfort zone into something I always only dreamed about.
