Family Tree Clinic’s vision is to eliminate health disparities through innovative, personalized sexual health care and education for diverse needs. Located in Minneapolis, MN Family Tree Clinic has provided low-cost, patient driven health care and education services since 1971. In addition to our medical clinic, we provide comprehensive community education services and education services for the Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing community.

We are still grieving and processing the killing of Alex Pretti this weekend by ICE agents, and our hearts go out to our whole community impacted by this horrific occupation. We demand ICE OUT of Minnesota.

We are committed to continuing to be a safe place for our community who rely on us for essential medical care and health education and engagement. We are here for everyone. Many of our services are available via Telehealth for those who are unsafe traveling right now. We are happy to discuss this option and other accommodations you may need to ensure your safety. Please just give us a call.

We will continue to share updates, as well as ways you can continue to support and help out our broader communities, organizations, and movements on the frontlines at this time.

We’re currently hiring for a Juvenile Justice S*x Educator to deliver s*x education to youth involved in the carceral system, as an educator embedded in Hennepin and Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Centers 2-3 days a week.

This Friday, January 23rd, Family Tree Clinic will be closed, in support of ICE OUT Minnesota: A Day of Truth & Freedom.

As a community care clinic, we know that safety is foundational to health. We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of those harmed by ICE activities in Minnesota right now. Our staff, patients, students, supporters, partners, and broad communities. Particularly, we stand in solidarity with our immigrant, refugee, and BIPOC communities who are feeling this occupation most acutely.

We invite you to join us on January 23rd for ICE OUT Minnesota, and to continue supporting the many organizations and movements on the frontlines working every day to protect our communities and affirm our shared humanity.

Art is back! We’re so excited to have such lovely art on our walls again. These images come from an annual collaboration between Minneapolis College of Art and Design and Family Tree Clinic’s Equity Programs. Through their art practice, students answered the listening session question 'Where does your healing come from?' If you have an appointment coming up, make sure to take some time to check out the students’ work.

CREATE the Village is back!

Do you like to sip? Do you like to paint? How about discussing s*x ed while doing both? Then join us for Family Tree Clinic’s Equity Programs’ Parents Sip and Paint. Together we'll paint, yap, eat, drink, and discuss topics of s*xual health, childhood development, and parenting. We'll supply the paint, canvases, NA beverages, and dinner from a local restaurant.
