✨Honoring Grief During the Holidays ✨

I wasn’t planning on hosting anything else because I was in mourning. I told myself I was done for the season but Spirit had other plans. I felt I needed to wrap the year up with one last check in. This one, is personal.

Over the past few weeks, we've been mourning the loss of my pog koob (great grandmother), the untold stories that left with her, and how I'm grieving a community I crave so much to build in but am feeling disconnected in so many ways.. IDK, I've been feeling a quiet collective pull that so many hearts are carrying more than they’re saying out loud but I can see it weigh so deeply on so many. The holidays can feel warm for some, and deeply heavy for others. And our grief doesn’t disappear just because the world moves on celebrating.

This gathering is for the ones who are moving through the season with tenderness… For the ones grieving people, pets, places, versions of themselves… Or, for the ones trying to hold it all together during the holidays and simply just need a sacred space to be heard.

There will be no Reiki moments. No energy work. No fixing. No forcing anything to “heal.” Just a soft, sacred container of witnessing your own innate intelligence to self heal.
We will provide a space for you to breathe, reflect, release, and feel held by community and we will close out this season with presence, compassion, and honesty. Honoring our wholeness.

Our first Yoni Healing Circle was more than an event… it was a remembrance and a call to action to reclaim our souls and space.

Thank you to every woman who showed up with an open heart, ready to heal, ready to receive, ready to rise.

A special thank you to the yoni sisters Kathryn and Natasha, who helped bring this vision to life.

✨ Sacred Yoni Collective ✨

Last night, I hosted my very first Yoni Healing Circle Workshop in the Central Valley and my heart is still glowing.

To hold space for women in such an intimate, sacred way felt like coming home to a part of myself I’ve been preparing for my whole life. I have been dreaming of hosting a circle of women who were ready for deep womb work, gentleness, release, and the remembrance that this was all old, ancient medicine, we always had after all this time.

To the women who showed up for yourselves, for choosing your healing, for being ready to do the work your spirit has been quietly asking for. Thank you for trusting your bodies, your intuition, and allowing me to guide you on this journey. Your courage was felt in the room. Your vulnerability opened portals. Your energy shifted the space.

A heartfelt thank you to Natasha and Kathryn. Thank you for holding space with me, supporting the vision, and bringing this vision to life with such intention and care. Your energy, wisdom, and love helped breathe life into this creation.

And most importantly, thank you all for trusting in yourselves and the space we created. You did that. 🫶🏽

I am a vivid dreamer so I usually remember most of my dreams upon waking up. After finishing another money flower last night, I went home and dreamt of a serene place. I didn’t see my gramma but I could feel her essence. I kept hearing this song playing on repeat. I haven’t listened to this song in over 20 years but this morning, I have it on repeat. 🔁 Tap in if you remember this song.

As I wrap up 2025, I am taking a moment to pause, breathe, and give thanks to all those who have invested in themselves and trusted in me to come alongside them on their spiritual journey through healing, releasing, or remembering who they are. Healing Haven practices closing during this time of the season to honor our ancestors, guides, and our Hmong New Year. We will reopen services again come January 1, 2026 with fresh offerings, renewed energy, and deeper devotion to the path of healing, embodiment, and self-discovery.

Your presence, your trust, your openness is what has carried this space in ways words can’t fully capture. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for your lineage, and for the collective. I am grateful to those of you for allowing this space to hold your stories and your becoming.

As we step into the Hmong New Year 2026, I wish you all a gentle close to 2025 and a new year of clarity, peace, and alignment. Please trust, that it is already coming in to your life, and what is meant for you will be and what is not meant, will simply become a lesson. May 2026 greet you with abundance, protection, and a heart wide open.

Thank you to this kindred soul for this heartwarming testimony. This came to me during a time that I needed it most. Especially during this time of grief and loss, to be reminded that growth and grief can coexist.

I’m deeply grateful for clients who continue to teach me and mirror our shared purpose in this human life (especially in times of hardship). They remind me of the beauty and power of sharing our light. Thank you again to this beautiful soul. 🫶🏽
