Heart Space is an art studio that focuses on the process of art making, not so much the product. All skill levels welcome!

We have a passion for helping people tap into their creative side by making the art experience more available to everyone.

QUICK UPDATE: same circle, new day & time! Another creative womxn’s circle will be starting Monday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm.
✨What is the circle? It’s an opportunity to gather, connect with others, connect with your creativity and have space and time dedicated to messy art play. We explore a variety of art media and use creative strategies to support internal reflection. The ultimate goal is to help you build a creative wellness practice that continues to support you outside the studio.
✨No prior art experience required just an open mind and an open heart.
✨This circle meets every other week on Monday evening Jan 5th through March 16th from 6:00-8:00pm.
✨A minimum of 5 participants is required to run this circle. Cost is $240/person. This includes all materials.

Starting soon! A daytime creative womxn’s circle where we gather to connect with each other, our creativity and have space and time dedicated to reflection. The Thursday evening circle is FULL.

From donations we are excited to open our doors for a FREE OPEN STUDIO on Friday 12/12 from 9:00-11:00 am! We will have coffee and tea and of course some art activities. All you have to do is arrive and spend the morning getting in touch with your creative side!

Some of the instruments you can expect to see, and more importantly, hear in the sound baths at Heart Space. If you’ve been curious about a sound baths, what are you waiting for? Sign up for one today!
As Liane likes to say, it’s like a cellular massage for your whole body. Some benefits include: improved sleep, increased relaxation, parasympathetic activation, decreased symptoms of stress and anxiety, improved digestion, and more!
At Heart Space we provide a mat, blanket, pillow and bolsters but you’re welcome to bring whatever else can aid in your comfort as you lay back and soak in all the sounds.
Coming up this winter Liane() is going to be leading some unique offerings that incorporate gentle flow yoga, simple breathe work techniques and sound healing to support healing, relaxation, internal connection and mind body wellness.
