Dynamic wrinkles start in the muscle, but what you see is the skin on top of that muscle folding again and again over time.

That’s why skincare alone can’t fully correct them.

In my practice, I combine advanced neuromodulators like Botox with precision techniques — and in select cases, innovative products such as Betell amatoxin — to gently relax the muscle while protecting the integrity of the skin above it.

🚨 HAD FILLER? SAVE THIS POST.

You didn’t get Hyaluronic Acid filler just to hope nothing goes wrong — you came to enhance your beauty safely and intentionally.

I’m Sasha, Nurse Practitioner at Eternal Beauty & Wellness Clinic, and part of my job — beyond creating beautiful results — is knowing exactly what to do if something doesn’t feel right. Education + preparation = confidence.

💉 Let’s talk FILLER COMPLICATIONS — calmly and clearly.

First, here’s what’s normal after HA filler:

✔ Mild swelling
✔ Tenderness or soreness
✔ Bruising
✔ Temporary firmness

These usually improve over days to 2 weeks.

🚩 What’s NOT normal and needs attention:

• Increasing pain or pressure
• Blanching (white or gray skin)
• Mottling or dusky discoloration
• Severe swelling or asymmetry
• Changes in skin temperature
• Vision changes (this is an emergency)

These symptoms can be related to vascular compromise — when filler affects blood flow through facial vessels (canals). This is rare, but every injector must be trained and prepared for it.

🧠 Here’s the good news:

Hyaluronic Acid filler is REVERSIBLE.

If needed, I can use hyaluronidase, an enzyme that safely dissolves HA filler. When used promptly and appropriately, it can restore circulation, reduce pressure, and help protect the skin. This is why advanced anatomy knowledge and emergency protocols matter.
