A 70-bed Skilled nursing facility located in South Minneapolis.

The Estates at Chateau provides a unique experience for patients who may not succeed at a traditional skilled nursing facility. With 24 hour onsite nursing care, staff are proud to provide everything you need for a short term rehabilitation or long term stay while understanding the unique needs of residents suffering from chronic homelessness, substance abuse, or other social barriers. With extensive staff training on caring for individuals with mental health diagnosis or chemical dependency issues residents often find themselves thriving in a new secure situation. Dual Licensed as a skilled nursing facility and 245G program, The Estates at Chateau can provide onsite chemical dependency programing along side rehabilitation or skilled service needs. This holiday season Chateau will be doing a winter gear drive! If you or anyone you know has any extra winter gear lying around please consider donating it to our residents at Chateau. We are available Monday-Friday for drop off between 8:00am-4:30pm! If you have any questions feel free to DM us!❄️🧤🧣🧥

Today during stand-up the leadership team did some meal packing for our local food shelf. We were able to package over 78 shelf stable dinners in under 30 minutes, weighing in at over 205 pounds in total! We also included a cook book with over 25 recipes that cost less than $5 and are made with all shelf stable ingredients (swipe to the end to see some of the recipes!)
We were able to drop these meals off at Groveland Food Shelter which directly serves our community.

With the extra food brought in by our amazing leadership team we were even able to start a food pantry for our own staff in the break room!

Proud to be apart of such a giving group of people!
