Finance & Collections Support: 📞 Outreach: Professional outreach to clients regarding overdue accounts via phone and email. 📊 Tracking: Maintain accurate records and update payment statuses in our database. ✉️ Documentation: Prepare and send collection letters and monthly statements. 🤝 Problem Solving: Resolve billing inquiries and establish payment plans.
