Help us celebrate the newest graduates of our 200-hour Healing Centered Yoga Teacher Training. Sunday January 11, 2p at Northside Artspace Lofts. Our new teachers will lead a 90-minute soothing (and challenging) yoga sequence, followed by delicious healthy food, drank and vibes.

On this we want to thank all that have made this giving season so special. From the Amethyst Ball to Give to the Max, and today, we’ve been able to raise over $8k! Generosity feels good!
It’s not too late to support our homegrown yoga and mindful movement for youth and adults!
In ‘24-‘25 we’ve awarded 77 professional scholarships for new instructors, served over 1000 people and reached so many youth that didn’t know the benefits of these practices.
We’re just getting started !
