Sunday hair treatment is a mixture of warmed organic olive & coconut oil with a blend of herbs:Brahmi, Amla & Shikaki powder and a face mask of yogurt, honey, turmeric and bacopa. With MCS and MCAS, I have sensitivity to most products, so I am grateful for the knowledge and gifts of Ayurvedic wisdom to support me. I use nurturing and beneficial holistic recipes and natural ingredients in my daily routine.

See you at the River Valley Yoga Festival and in my class Saturday morning for morning routine (dinacharya) to care for yourself with attention and intention.
A one day pass is possible and scholarships are available.
Come as you are… even in pajamas🧘🏾‍♀️

What's included in my pass? ✨ Think of your Festival pass as your key to the event. Purchase of a Day Pass is the only way to access the Festival. No pass. No go.

Once you purchase a pass you are able to explore the land, take sessions, schedule a healing session, enjoy the sauna and shop the Vendor Market. In short, a pass allows you to experience all the Festival has to offer.

The purchase of a Day Pass is also needed to attend any of the bonus sessions: David's Forest Bathing sessions, Waking Up a Yogi, Mala Bracelet Make & Take, Botanical Cleansing Stick Make & Take, Meditative Crochet, and Sarah's Cacao Ceremony. Even though these sessions have an additional fee, they still require a Day Pass to attend.
