Innovative Directions in Health is the Leading Preventive Medicine & Natural Hormone Balancing Clinic in the Midwest. Our physician, Dr. Rich Sinda is Board Certified. He takes a natural, safe approach to anti-aging and hormone balancing as well as incorporates Functional Medicine into his treatment plans. Our clinic was founded by Dr. Khalid Mahmud, who was an international known Anti-Aging expert and BioIdentical Hormone Pioneer.

We specialize in optimal health for early detection, prevention, treatment and reversal of age-related diseases, Natural Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement for Men and Women going through Menopause, Perimenopause, PMS and Andropause along with the latest Skin Rejuvenation Services.

Our physician and staff consisting of Nurses and a Esthetician will help you customize a treatment program for optimal health or youthful skin rejuvenation plan that is right for you.
