It was the perfect temperature for the Women’s Health and Primary Care Clinic annual soup off! No surprise, Minnesota's iconic soup - Chicken and Wild Rice - was the winning, soup!

Stay warm this weekend and try this year's winning recipe, below:

🍗🌾Chicken and Wild Rice soup🥣🍲🥄
2 10oz cans of cream of chicken
2 10oz cans of chicken w/rice
7oz BRIE (remove rind and cut into cubes)
Canned wild rice
Rotisserie chicken
Carrots
1 10oz can of milk
1 10oz can of heavy cream
Put everything into pot and cook over low/medium temperature.
