We share records and staff between clinics for your convenience. You and your family never have to travel far-- our 3 Minneapolis clinics are within 3 miles of each other, making it easy for us to integrate treatment, share information, and give you the best care possible. Our North Metro clinic brings Neighborhood HealthSource’s commitment to accessible, affordable, quality healthcare to Anoka County, serving patients in Minneapolis’s northern suburbs.
