- Central and Fremont clinic will be closed at 12PM on Wednesday December 24th to Thursday December 25th and will resume regular hours on Friday December 26th at 8AM.

- Sheridan and North Metro clinic will be closed at 12PM on Wednesday December 24th to Friday December 26th and will resume regular hours on Monday December 29th at 8AM.

We’re a multi-site health center with four primary care clinics in North & Northeast Minneapolis and the North Metro, working to end health disparities in our communities since 1971. We share records and staff between clinics for your convenience. You and your family never have to travel far-- our 3 Minneapolis clinics are within 3 miles of each other, making it easy for us to integrate treatment, share information, and give you the best care possible. Our North Metro clinic brings Neighborhood HealthSource’s commitment to accessible, affordable, quality healthcare to Anoka County, serving patients in Minneapolis’s northern suburbs.
