In this workshop, you will learn about some herbal remedies that are great to have on hand for day to day life and/or when traveling. The remedies will include first aid options + immune, sleep, and digestive support. You will have the opportunity to select your own beautifully crafted pouch and fill it with your favorites. The pouch + four remedies are included in the workshop.
