Hybrid Counseling has provided great care for over 10 years. We are mostly virtual, making it easy to get the care you need!

We offer addiction services, individual & couples therapy, IOP, medication management, chemical health assessments and more. Hybrid Counseling is a Telehealth company providing in-person and online solutions for individuals and their families suffering from mental health disorder and chemical dependency. We integrate in-person and online solutions for individuals and families whom substance abuse and mental health disorders affect their lives. Please help us welcome our new Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Kristina Jacobsen, DNP, CNP, PMHNP-BC.

Dr. Jacobsen began her healthcare journey with a deep desire to serve others and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through mental health and addiction challenges. With a clinical focus in psychiatry and addiction medicine, she values non-judgmental, compassionate care and strives to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.

Dr. Jacobsen is passionate about partnering with clients on their path to wellness and tailoring care to meet individual needs. We are excited to welcome her into this role and know she will make a meaningful impact on the clients and communities we serve.

Her services include but are not limited to:

-Psychiatric diagnostic assessments
-Medication management and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
-Psychotherapy and integrated mental health support
-Crisis intervention and stabilization
