Poplar Grove Counseling, PLLP Mental Health Therapy At some point everyone needs more support and encouragement while working through difficult situations.

Poplar Grove Counseling was created by four therapists who want to provide a safe space for people who are struggling and want to make changes. We have experience working with grief and loss, life transitions or changes, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, managing stress more effectively, chronic physical and mental illnesses, relationship challenges, and woman's struggles.
