Client Coordinator duties:
Taking Client referrals
Working directly with clients, assisting them with paperwork and managing their services and hours

Performs HR related duties and works closely with the client coordinators to understand the client staffing needs. Oversees our Caregivers to confirm they are trained, adhering to work schedules and providing the best care to our clients. 40 hours per week, M-F in our Minneapolis location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Hosting/participating in career events
• Able to develop long term recruiting strategies
• Nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
• Full cycle recruiting and onboarding new hires
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruiting events
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary
paperwork is completed promptly and accurately

• Develop in-depth understanding of ADP payroll system
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately
• Maintain office staff timesheets in payroll system including corrections and mistakes
• Calculate and invoice client’s monthly spenddowns
• Meet with company owner to determine payroll
Responsible for biweekly billing department operations including:

• Ensuring billing is correct by comparing billed vs. turned in
• Reconciling payments received from DHS
• Investigating and correcting denied claims

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
