HealthMax of Minneapolis is currently hiring for a FT (40 hours a week) Client Coordinator.
Client Coordinator specific duties include, but are not limited to:
referral intakes, overall client care coordination and hours management, reassessment requests and eligibilities, and entering service authorizations. You will need to build trusting relationships with clients, their families, their care teams, and external Case Managers. Client Coordinators will be expected to assist with accepting and approving time sheets and billing.
Your responsibilities will include general office & administrative activities like answering phones, greeting walk-ins, data entry, scanning & saving documents, light cleaning, and special projects.
An effective Client Coordinator will:
• Be proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively resolve issues with respect, empathy, and patience.
• Have a sense of accountability and responsibility with a can-do attitude.
• Complete ongoing training, adapt to changes with enthusiasm, and be willing to learn and take on new tasks.
• Be able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Have a general understanding and affinity for math.
All candidates must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background study and maintain clearance.
