Our skills-based therapy group will help you:
✔️ Stop just “going through the motions” and regain a sense of purpose and intention in your daily life
✔️ Be your most present, engaged, authentic self every day (even when things are super stressful!)
✔️ Reconnect to your personal values and goals and realign your actions to support these
✔️ Feel more patient, calm, and centered throughout your day, even in difficult moments
✔️ Set intentions that match your needs and wants and find ease in following through on these
✔️ Notice and course correct when you veer off track from your path
How exactly will we accomplish all of that? Here's the deets:
✨ Five weeks of 90-min virtual (online) group sessions with two licensed therapists and up to eight other group members
✨ Skills training on mindfulness, intense emotions, identifying burnout, translating values into actions, problem solving, and more!
✨ Handouts with tangible, actionable ideas for practicing the skills from each group session
✨ Guided meditation or relaxation exercises each group, & a package of digital recordings you can keep at the end of group
✨ Weekly 15-minute hot seat where you will get personalized, one-on-one feedback or observe others' receiving feedback
✨ $75 per group session, for a total of $375 for the entire series
