We are a home care agency providing personal care attendant services to all nationalities of people through offices in multiple states including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana & Colorado We are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to all applicable individuals. We are honored to identify the needs and concerns of our Native American clientele, as well as clients from other communities and to serve our elders and clients, with respect, sensitivity and compassion. Our mission is to "Honor Those We Serve" and we are committed to offering families a superior in-home care experience through needed aid and support. Our priority is you and your family, and we will communicate honestly, patiently, and with the utmost compassion.

A message from our leadership team:

You may have heard about Minnesota DHS home care audits happening across the state. These reviews are meant to protect programs and make sure care is being provided the right way.

We want to share reassurance with our community.

Our organization is fully open, stable, and not impacted by the current audits. We have proudly served Minnesota communities for more than 20 years, and we have always focused on doing things the right way—with strong oversight, clear rules, and ethical care.

For our clients and caregivers, nothing is changing. Services continue as scheduled, caregivers are paid on time, and our teams remain here to support you every day.

Hearing the game called in the Ojibwe language was powerful, beautiful, and deeply respectful. Moments like this uplift culture, celebrate identity, and create visibility for the Native communities that have long been part of Minnesota’s history and future.

This weekend, Minnesota comes together for the annual Hmong New Year Celebration at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. Enjoy a vibrant three-day gathering filled with traditional dance, music, crafts, vendors, and community pride.
